Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co. starts today, Dec. 5, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) that will be held on Dec. 9, according to a bourse filing.
The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system.
Last month, the company invited its shareholders to vote on the planned merger with AlAhli Takaful Co. (ATC), during the EGM, Argaam reported.
