Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co. issued on Dec. 7, a health insurance policy for Maharah Human Resources Co. to provide health insurance services for the company’s employees and their families.
In a statement to Tadawul, the insurer said the contract, valued at SAR 20.4 million, has a duration of one year from the signing date -- Dec. 12.
The deal is expected to have a positive impact on the company's financial results for 2022.
No related parties are included in the contract and no preferential treatment was given as it is within the normal business activity of the company, the statement said.
