Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) was awarded today, Dec. 8, a SAR 54.89 million contract, inclusive of value-added tax (VAT), for a computer hardware maintenance project for the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY).
According to a bourse filing, the three-year contract is expected to be signed on Feb. 8, 2022.
The company will disclose the signing of the contract once the official procedures are completed.
The deal included no related parties, it noted.
