The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced today, Dec. 12 that the subscription period and tradable rights trading for Batic Investments and Logistics Co. will starts tomorrow, Dec. 13, according to a bourse filing.
The rights trading will end on Dec. 20, while the subscription process will close on Dec. 23, the company added.
The company’s shareholders approved earlier increasing capital from SAR 300 million to SAR 600 million through rights issue worth SAR 300 million, Argaam reported.
