Abdullah Saad Mohammed Abo Moati for Bookstores Co. (Abo Moati) renewed today, Dec. 14, its SAR 65 million Shariah-compliant credit facilities agreement with Saudi National Bank (SNB).
The financing period is one year and is guaranteed with a promissory note, the company said in a bourse filing.
The credit will be used to finance the company’s working capital.
There are no related parties, the statement noted.
