The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced the deposit of Sadr Logistics Co. subscribed securities into the center’s accounts of eligible securities’ holders on Dec. 30.
Earlier in December, the company’s shareholders approved increasing capital from SAR 25 million to SAR 175 million through rights issue worth SAR 150 million.
