Shares of Al Yamamah Steel Industries Co. and Kingdom Holding Co. (KHC) go ex-dividend today, Dec. 30.
Al Yamamah Steel’s board of directors recommended a cash dividend at 10%, or SAR 1 a share for the six-month period ending Sept. 30, 2021, payable as of Jan. 12, 2022.
KHC board of directors proposed a cash dividend at 1.25%, or SAR 0.125 a share, for Q4 2021, to be payable within 10 business days as of the second trading day following the record date.
