SICO Capital, the fund manager of SICO Saudi REIT Fund, approved the resignation of Saud Saad AlSayari, an independent board member, effective today, Jan. 4, according to a bourse filing.
Post this resignation, the fund's board members are Sultan Bin Nugaly (Chairman), Khalid Alangary (independent), Ahmed Bishri (non-independent) and Ahmed Ba Sodan (non-independent).
A relevant announcement will be made at a future date when a new member is appointed to fill the vacant seat following the procedures stipulated in the laws and regulations, the statement noted.
