Real estate e-registration transactions in Saudi Arabia totals SAR 5.2 bln in 2021

The total number of real estate e-registration transactions in Saudi Arabia reached 44,000 worth SAR 5.2 billion in 2021, Saudi Press Agency reported, citing data from the Ministry of Justice.

 

Real estate registrations were completed via “najiz.sa" portal. The maximum value of target property registration was increased to SAR 20 million from SAR 3 million.

 

Moreover, the real estate e-registration is available around the clock, the ministry added.
