The Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) deposited, today, Jan. 6, the subscribed rights of Batic Investments and Logistics Co. into the accounts of eligible shareholders.
Batic shareholders approved raising the company's capital through SAR 300 million rights issue, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) held on Dec. 6, Argaam earlier reported.
