Shareholders of Aseer Trading, Tourism and Manufacturing Co. approved amending articles of association during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Jan. 9, 2022.
These include amending the company’s name, purpose and head office location, the firm said in a bourse filing.
The company will announce on Tadawul after the completion of the procedures and approvals from the respective authorities regarding the amendment of the company’s name.
According to data compiled by Argaam, Aseer invited its shareholders to vote on changing the company name to Sinad Holding Co. during the EGM.
In addition, they were also invited to vote on amending the company’s objectives, including managing its subsidiaries or participating in the management of other companies in which it contributes and providing the necessary support for them; investing its money in stocks and other securities; owning real estate and movables necessary to carry out its activity; providing loans, guarantees and financing to its affiliated companies; owning industrial property rights such as patents, trademarks, industrial rights, franchises, and other moral rights, exploiting them, and leasing them to its subsidiaries or others; and any other legitimate purpose consistent with the nature of this company.
