Batic Investments and Logistics Co. will start today, Jan. 13, distributing a total of SAR 52.18 million as compensation to rights issue owners who did not exercise their rights to subscribe to the new shares.
On Jan. 2, Batic announced that the rump offering was 406.2% oversubscribed.
More than 4.53 million shares were subscribed, valued at SAR 97.5 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
