The General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) said that subscriptions to the unemployment insurance (Saned) were reduced from 2% to 1.5% of wage, effective from Jan, 1, 2022.
It will be equally paid by a subscriber and an employer.
The subscriber and employer will each cover 0.75% of new subscriptions, instead of 1% each earlier. The collection mechanism will remain unchanged.
