Wafrah for Industry and Development Co.'s board of directors approved today, Jan. 20, the appointment of Khaled AlAmoudi as acting CEO, effective as of today, the firm said in a bourse statement.
AlAmoudi holds a Master's degree in financial management, with an experience of over 20 years as chief financial officer (CFO) and financial consultant in the governmental and banking sectors. Currently, he is CFO of Wafrah.
