Shareholders of Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries & Medical Appliances Corp. (SPIMACO) will elect new board members for the next three-year starting from April 3, 2022 during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for Feb. 23.
The shareholders will also vote on the formation of the audit committee, defining its responsibilities, working controls and member remuneration for the same three-year term.
The audit committee candidates are Khalid Al Gwaiz, Khalid Al Faddagh, Abdullah Al Hissaini and Kholud Al Dukheil.
The shareholders will vote on the agenda items through Tadawulaty system from Feb. 19
