Amana Cooperative Insurance Co. opened today, Feb. 1, the nomination process for board of directors' membership for the upcoming three-year term, starting from May 16, 2022.
Nominations will be received no later than March 1, the insurance services provider said in a statement to Tadawul.
The nominated members will be elected during the next general assembly meeting, whose date will be announced later.
