Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al Akaria) reappointed Naif AlHamdan (non-executive) as Chairman of the board of directors for the three-year term started on Jan. 31, 2022, the company said in a bourse statement.
The board also appointed Fahad Al-Mojel (non-executive) as Deputy Chairman and reappointed Ibrahim Alalwan (executive) as Managing Director for the same term.
Meanwhile, they formed the nominations and remuneration committee to include Hisham Hussain Al-Khaldi as Chairman, Faisal Al-Enaze and Muhammad Al-Malki as members.
The board also formed the executives committee, including Faisal Al-Enaze as Chairman, and Fahad Al-Mojel, Fahad Al-Hammad and Faisal Al-Khani as members.
The real estate developer also appointed the board's secretary for the new tenure, and the company's representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
A recommendation will be made, later on, to the general assembly for the audit committee formation, the statement added.
