The Idle Lands program announced the issuance of its fees for the sixth session in the first phase in Riyadh for the year 1443/1444, calling upon the concerned land owners to develop their lands or pay fees within a year from the date of issuance.
Failure to pay within the specified period will result in a fine that may reach 100% of the value of the fee, in addition to paying the due fees, the program added, in a statement.
The program announced in mid-December the implementation of the second phase of fees in more than 140 districts in Riyadh City, along with the implementation of the first phase, according to the approved map and scope.
Meanwhile, the third phase includes the developed land with an area of 5,000 square meters or more, and the total developed land per one owner, with an area of 10,000 square meters or more, in one city within the scope determined by the ministry.
