Saudi National Bank (SNB) saw a negotiated deal on its shares today, Feb. 3, where 302,357 shares were privately traded for SAR 21.98 million.
United Cooperative Assurance Co. (UCA) also saw a negotiated deal today on 1.05 million shares for a total of SAR 35.6 million. The deal represented 2.6% of the insurer’s total shares of 40 million.
Meanwhile, Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co. (AICC) witnessed a negotiated deal on 872,566 shares representing 3.3% of its 26 million shares capital.
