Shareholders of Saudi Ground Services Co. will vote on electing board members from the nominations list for the upcoming three-year term, starting on May 6, 2022, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) to be held on March 9.
The company said in a bourse statement that shareholders will also vote on the formation of the audit committee for the same term and define its tasks, work regulations and member remuneration.
The candidates are Omar A. Jefri, Hesham A. Al-Aqel, Adel S. Abalkhail, Saleh A. Al-Fadhl, and Nader M. Ashour
