Saudi Arabia records 1,793 COVID-19 cases on Wednesday

Saudi Arabia recorded 1,793 COVID-19 cases today, Feb. 16, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 734,389, the Ministry of Health stated.

Recoveries reached 3,207, raising the total number of recovered cases to 702,049 (95% of total COVID-19 cases).

Critical cases totaled 979.

The Kingdom reported two deaths, with the death toll standing at 8,977.

Saudi Arabia conducted nearly 99,390 new tests, while the number of vaccine doses increased to 59.79 million.
