Nama Chemicals Co.’s board of directors decided, on Feb. 23, to appoint Faiz Al Ahmari as Chairman and Abdullah Al Subiyal as Vice Chairman, the company said in a bourse statement.
The board also appointed Ali Al Qahtani as the board secretary and formed the executive committee comprising Abdullah Al Subiyal (Chairman), and Faiz Al Ahmari and Saeed Bayounes (members).
The company’s board also formed the nomination and remuneration committee to include Saeed Bayounes (Chairman), and Faiz Al Ahmari and Abdullah Al Faifi (members).
Meanwhile, they appointed Abdullah Al Faifi and Saeed Bayounes (board members) and Abdullah Al Salem (CEO) as the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority.
