Alinma Investment Co., in its capacity as the fund manager of Swicorp Wabel REIT Fund, announced the ending of REIT management responsibilities transfer period as per the regulations of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) on Feb. 23.
The company said in a bourse filing that the updated fund’s terms and conditions reflecting the changes will be announced after obtaining the required approvals.
Swicorp announced last December that it had received a notification from the CMA of the issuance of the board's decision to isolate Swicorp from managing the Swicorp Wabel REIT Fund, which is being offered publicly, and appoint Alinma Investment Co. as an alternative manager for the fund manager.
