Fitaihi Holding Group announced starting of the electronic voting (e-voting) as of March 12 on the agenda items of the ordinary general meeting (OGM), slated for March 15, according to a bourse filing.
Shareholders will vote on electing board members for the next three-year term, starting April 22, 2022, Argaam reported.
