The Ministry of Energy condemned a drone attack on an oil refinery in the Saudi capital Riyadh on Thursday, March 10, Saudi Press Agency reported, citing an official source.
However, the attack caused no deaths or injuries, the source said, adding that the supply of petroleum and its derivatives were not affected.
Such terrorist acts do not only target the Kingdom, but also aim to destabilize the security and stability of the world’s energy supplies.
The ministry reiterated the Kingdom’s call to countries and organizations to combat such sabotage and terrorist attacks, and to confront all parties that implement or even support them.
