Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co. will distribute dividends for 2021 on Monday, March 14, of which SAR 1.5 per share will be according to the approval of the ordinary general assembly on Feb. 28, according to a bourse statement.
The shareholders of record the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day of the general assembly meeting will be entitled to the dividends.
Saudi National Bank will deposit the dividends directly to shareholders’ current accounts.
