Leejam Sports Co. (Fitness Time) opened today, March 17, a new low-cost and 24-hour men Xpress fitness center in Riyadh, it said in a filing to Tadawul.
The center spanning 1,234 square meters will operate under the brand "Fitness Time Xpress”. It is located on Arafat Road, Al Shifa Bader District, Riyadh.
The center will operate 24 hours with a low-cost operating model and without swimming pools.
It will also be digitally enabled and with highly flexible subscriptions offers, starting with a minimum commitment of one month, at a reasonable price to make clubs and gyms more accessible to support the achievement of Vision 2030 goals.
This is the company’s 21st Xpress fitness center opened since the launch of the Fitness Time Xpress in November 2020.
The center will have high-spec sports equipment as well as the latest designs for halls.
The financial impact will appear as of the first quarter of 2022.
With this opening, the total number of Fitness Time centers operating inside and outside the Kingdom reaches 150.
Other new centers will be announced in the coming weeks.
