Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Tuesday.
1) Shareholders of Advanced Petrochemical Co. approved the board of directors’ recommendation to increase capital to SAR 2.60 billion from SAR 2.16 billion through a 20.1% bonus issue.
2) Shareholders of Arab National Bank (ANB) will vote, on April 12, on the distribution of a 4.5% cash dividend, or SAR 0.45 per share, for the second half of 2021.
3) Theeb Rent a Car Co.'s board of directors recommended a 5.4% cash dividend, at SAR 0.54 per share, for Q4 2021.
4) Buruj Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors recommended withholding dividends for 2021.
5) SABIC Agri-Nutrients Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on a board recommendation to distribute a 30% cash dividend for H2 2021 on April 13.
6) Saudi Industrial Services Co.’s (SISCO) board approved the acquisition of a 31.7% direct equity stake in Green Dome Investments LLC (Green Dome) for SAR 44.5 million.
7) Mouwasat Medical Services Co. announced the completion of pilot operations at Mouwasat Hospital in Madinah, with plans to be up and running by May.
8) Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. (AWPT) reported a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 103.3 million for 2021, a decline of 9% YoY.
9) Brent crude gained 2.53% to reach $118.55 per barrel. WTI crude also increased 1.94% to reach $114.30/bbl.
