Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes Co. (SVCP) shareholders will vote on appointing an auditor during the ordinary general assembly meeting, slated on April 13, according to a bourse filing.
The auditor will be assigned to review the financial statements for 2022, including Q2, Q3 and Q4 financials, and Q1 2023.
Shareholders will also vote on delegating the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual and quarterly basis for 2022.
They will vote on appointing Suliman Ali Aldakheel as an independent board member to complete the board’s term from Dec. 26, 2021, until Oct. 17, 2023, in place of resigning member Mulhim Hamad Ali Al-Mulhim.
The e-voting on the meeting agenda will start from April 9 via Tadawulaty services.
