SICO Capital, the fund manager of SICO Saudi REIT Fund, approved the resignation of Khalid Al Ankary, an independent board member, as of April 1.
Post this resignation, the fund’s board members are Sultan Bin Nugaly (Chairman), Fahad Al-Shammari (independent), Ali Hamidaddin (independent), Ahmed Bishri (non-independent) and Ahmad Ba Sodan (non-independent).
