United Electronics Co.’s (eXtra) shareholders will vote on the board and auditor’s reports as well as financial statements for 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), slated for April 21, according to a bourse filing.
Shareholders will vote on authorizing the board to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2022.
They will also vote to discharge the board of directors from liability for 2021, and vote on the board’s decision as regards the dividend paid for H1 and H2 2021 at SAR 4.5 a share, or 45% of capital, totaling SAR 270 million.
Additionally, shareholders will appoint an external auditor to review and audit financial statements or Q2, Q3, Q4 2022 and Q1 2023.
Further, shareholders will discuss the board’s recommendation to to appoint Mohammed Al-Obaid as an audit committee member, starting March 7, 2022, until end of the current board term.
In addition, they will also vote on the business and contracts concluded with other companies.
