Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries & Medical Appliances Corp.’s (SPIMACO) board of directors decided today, April 4, to reappoint Mohammed Al-Nahas as Chairman, according to a bourse filing.
In addition, Ammar Al Khudairy was appointed as Vice Chairman.
The board also formed its subcommittees based on the approved duties and responsibilities.
On Feb. 23, SPIMACO’s shareholders elected board members for the upcoming three-year term, starting from April 3, according to data compiled by Argaam.
