Balady Platform to offer support services for commercial licenses: Ministry

The Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing launched a package of support services for commercial licenses through its digital platform "Balady", which aims to improve customer experience in terms of commercial licenses.

In a statement, the ministry said the support services include the service of objection to non-transfer of commercial license ownership, approving the addition of an old license, objection to suspending a license after subsequent monitoring, and objecting to canceling a commercial license.

All support services are provided through the "Balady" platform, and can be used at any time and from anywhere without the need to visit the secretariats and municipalities.
