Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Co. announced the completion of the exterior structure of its 34-storey residential tower Urban Oasis in Dubai, in partnership with Italian fashion house Missoni Home.
According to the company statement, the total investment amounted to AED 800 million. Nearly 80% of the units were sold to owners and investors, representing 45 nationalities.
Urban Oasis project is located near Dubai Canal, and is expected to be complete before the end of 2023, it stated.
