United Wire Factories Co.’s (Aslak) board of directors appointed Khaled Al Kanhal as Chairman, in a meeting held on April 11, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.
The board also appointed Rasheed bin Awain as Vice Chairman.
In addition, a board secretary for the new term was appointed and the company’s representatives to Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) were elected.
The board also approved the formation of the remuneration and nominations committee and the executive committee.
The ordinary general meeting, convened on March 1, agreed to form the audit committee and defined its tasks, scope of work, and remuneration for the three-year session starting on April 10, the statement noted.
