National Housing Co. (NHC) announced the launch of 5,000 new residential villas throughout Riyadh, Saudi Press Agency reported.
The real estate developer added that these units are located in the north of Riyadh, while Al-Asala project is in the south of the Saudi capital.
The housing units will be offered in phases during April, with the first projects to be launched tomorrow, April 12.
Reservations will be available through Sakani application and Sakani Full Service Center, with other projects to follow upon the completion of reservation for each project.
The company added that the projects that will be rolled out include 2,000 housing units with various models and designs in the north of Riyadh, namely Narjis View 2, Nasaj Town Narjis and Saraya Al-Jwan, in addition to about 3,000 units at the third phase of Al-Asala project, the southwest of Riyadh.
This comes as part of a plan to further strengthen the real estate supply that the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing is targeting through Sakani Program in 2022, NHC stated.
It added that the ministry aims to serve 180,000 households, including 130,000 who live at their homes, in addition to providing more than 100,000 subsidized real estate loans.
