Electrical Industries Co.’ (EIC) shareholders will start, on April 16, the electric voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on April 20, according to a bourse filing.
During the OGM, shareholders will vote on the board's recommendation to distribute cash dividend at 10%, or SAR 1 per share, for 2021.
