Thimar Development Holding Co. (Thimar) received the draft financial statements for the period ending Sept. 30, 2019 from the external auditor, according to a bourse statement.
The company is currently working on reviewing and discussing the financial statements with the auditor, and further developments in this regard will be announced in due course.
Thimar earlier announced it expected the external auditor to complete the audit and review work and issue the draft financial statements for the third quarter, ending on Sept. 30, 2019, after 30 working days from its date as an estimated period, Argaam reported.
