National Metal Manufacturing and Casting Co.’s (Maadaniyah) shareholders will vote on appointing an auditor and setting his fees, during an ordinary general assembly meeting, scheduled for May 22, according to a bourse filing.
The auditor will review financial statements for Q2, Q3 and 2022, as well as Q1 2023, the company added.
Shareholders will also vote on financial statements, as well as board and auditor’s reports for 2021.
The meeting agenda includes paying SAR 1.2 million as remunerations for board members and discharging them from liability for 2021.
