Shareholders of Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) will vote on the board's proposal for an 8.5% cash dividend, or SAR 0.85 per share, for 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for May 23, according to a bourse filing.
They will also vote on delegating the board of directors with the OGM powers for one year from the shareholders' approval date or until the end of the board term, whichever is earlier, according to a statement to Tadawul.
E-voting on the agenda items will start on May 19.
