Zamil Industrial’s CEO resigns, Mohammed Al-Sahib takes helm

The board of directors of Zamil Industrial Investment Co. approved the resignation of CEO Abdulla Al Zamil, effective as of today, May 8, according to a bourse filing.

The board further appointed Mohammed Al-Sahib as the new CEO, effective the same date.

Al-Sahib holds an executive master’s degree in business administration from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, as well as a bachelor’s degree in business statistics and operations management from the University of Denver (DU) in the US.

He has more than 22 years of experience in the construction business as well as management and business development strategies, holding several executive and management positions. 

In a separate bourse filing, the newly-elected board of directors decided to appoint AbdullaAl Zamil as Chairman andBander Al Zamil as Vice Chairman. 

The company also appointed its representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).   

In addition, Zamil Industrial’s board appointed Saeed Al Dajani as Secretary for the board and committees. 

The board decided to form the remuneration and nominations committee to comprise Adel Alghassab as Chairman, as well as the following two members: Saud Al Sulaiman and Bander Al Zamil.
