Shareholders of Al-Babtain Power and Telecommunication Co. approved on May 11 authorizing the board of directors to pay interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2022.
The remaining agenda items were also approved, including the contracts and transactions made between the company and the related parties, Al-Babtain said in a statement to Tadawul.
