Shareholders of United Electronics Co. (eXtra) approved on May 12 authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2022, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The board was also delegated to determine the due date and payment date in accordance with the regulatory rules and procedures issued pursuant to Companies Law, in line with the company's financial position, cash flows, expansion and investment plans
They also approved the board’s decision on the dividend payouts for the first and second halves of 2021, at SAR 4.5 per share, or 45% of the company’s capital, at a total value of SAR 270 million.
