Saudi Research and Media Group’s (SRMG) shareholders will start today, May 15, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled be held on May 19, according to a bourse filing.
Shareholders will vote on suspending the transfer of 10% of net profit to the statutory reserve starting from Q1 2022, Argaam earlier reported.
