Saudi Printing & Packaging Co.’s shareholders approved audited financial statements, as well as audit and board reports for 2021, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on May 16, the company said in a bourse statement.
They also approved appointing an external auditor to review and audit financial statements for Q2, Q3, Q4 and 2022, as well as the first quarter of 2023.
Meanwhile, the shareholders discharged board members from liabilities for 2021, in addition to ratifying the renewal of some related party contracts and transactions.
