Herfy Food Services Co. will start on May 18 the electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on May 21, according to a bourse filing.
The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system, in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
Last month, the company invited its shareholders to vote on withholding dividend for 2021, at the OGM, Argaam reported.
