Wafrah for Industry and Development Co. shareholders will vote on appointing an external auditor and setting his fees, during an ordinary general assembly meeting to be held on June 9, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The auditor will review financial statements for Q2, Q3 and 2022, and Q1 2023.
Shareholders will also vote on approving the board and auditor's reports and financial statements for 2021.
