Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. and Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. announced receiving a letter from East Gas Co. on May 19, stating the submission of East Gas' file to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) for a direct listing on Nomu - Parallel Market.
The file was submitted by East Gas' financial advisor, Arbah Financial Co.
In separate bourse filings, the two companies said the procedure and any material developments will be announced in due course.
In November 2021, East Gas started taking necessary measures to list on Nomu, according to the data available on Argaam.
Amiantit, National Gas and Industrialization Co. (GASCO), and Saudi Paper own a 13%, 35% and 26% stake, respectively, in East Gas.
