Theeb Rent a Car Co.’s shareholders approved authorizing the board of directors to pay interim dividends for 2022 on a semi-annual or a quarterly basis, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 22, according to a bourse filing.
Shareholders also ratified the other agenda items, the statement added.
Theeb Rent a Car paid a cash dividend at 14.5% of capital, or SAR 1.45 a share, for 2021, data available on Argaam showed.
