Saudi Cable Co. appointed Khaled Mohamed Bawazer as an independent board member, effective as of May 22, for the current term ending on Jan. 13, 2024, according to a bourse filing.
The move is pending approval of the company's ordinary general assembly.
Bawazer, who holds a Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from King Abdulaziz University, served as CEO of several companies such as KIA Saudi Arabia, Medical Group (Pfizer), METCO and Saudi Bugshan Co. That is besides being appointed to various board memberships and committees in a number of companies.
